Ramin Rajaei received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Shahid Beheshti University (Tehran, Iran) from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, he joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Notre Dame, where he is currently a Visiting Assistant Research Professor. His research interests include VLSI design for beyond-CMOS devices, computing-in-memory, hardware design for neuromorphic computing, and hardware security and reliability.
